Shop Traditional Aguadera basket repurposed for contemporary use. Ideal for shopping without plastic bags. ♻️ We repurposed the Aguadera basket, used for centuries to carry water on donkeys, into a practical solution for modern-day shopping. By using Clementina, you can say goodbye to plastic bags and embrace a more sustainable shopping experience. Our goal at Interdiseño Momox22 is to preserve the rich heritage of local craftsmanship and traditional objects like the Aguadera. These objects hold cultural significance and are unfortunately disappearing from everyday use. Designs like Clementina aim to ensure their permanence and support local businesses, such as La Tienda de Lino, which has proudly sold products made from natural materials for over fifty years. At Ximena Rozo Design, we believe in supporting local artisans and promoting sustainable practices. Together, we can make a positive impact on individuals, society, and the environment. Join us in celebrating the power of design to transform and create a better future. #XRD #Principles

Inspired by the river and the birds in the town, we introduce you to Interdiseño Monpox22 design set #2: Egret and Bocachico. 🪶🐟 Two coat hangers handmade from iron using traditional blacksmithing techniques. 🔥 🔨 For this project, we worked with the incredibly talented Glenys Rocha Pupo. This master blacksmithing worker learned the craft from her family and by being part of Escuela de Arte y Oficios and el Sena even though she was told that a woman was not supposed to be learning blacksmithing. With her red hair, incredible fiery soul, sweet smile, and strong presence, Glenys taught us a lot.
